About Westminster Gates

The Westminster Gates HOA would like to welcome you to our community. This site has information on deed restrictions, how to submit a request to the Architectural Review Committee for exterior changes such as sheds, fences, patios, and decks, and how to reach the HOA board with any issues or concerns.

Every homeowner is a member of the HOA, and payment of annual dues is not optional.

Annual dues are currently $250 per year, billed in two statements each year (January and July). Questions or comments are welcome any time — e-mail the board at hoa@westminstergates.com.
