Nominees are Katherine McClure, Kevin Moore, and Harry Shoemaker for President; Ron Andress for Vice President; Shannon Williams for Treasurer; and Marcus Williams for Secretary. No mention was made of holding a second meeting to elect the new Board.

An update from a resident regarding road maintenance: the city was reported to be planning to take over road maintenance for Westminster Gates and Maury Drive once a pending lawsuit was settled, with paving expected the following year. The City Engineer noted the settlement was in place pending legal signoffs, and that underlying road and drainage issues (including a collapsing culvert drain) would be reviewed before repaving.
